Hiring a property manager

How much do you charge to manage a property?
Management fees depend on property type and unit count. Request a proposal and we'll give you a clear, itemized quote — no hidden charges.
What areas do you serve?
San Francisco and the Peninsula — including Menlo Park, Redwood City, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Atherton, San Mateo, and Burlingame.
What types of property do you manage?
Single-family homes, condos, small multi-unit (2–4), apartment communities, commercial and mixed-use buildings, and Section 8 tenancies.
Do you handle rent-controlled buildings?
Yes — SF Rent Ordinance and AB 1482 compliance is a core part of what we do.
How do I get paid?
Rent is collected online and distributed to you by direct deposit, with monthly statements through your owner portal.
