Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit our proposal/contact form we collect your name, email, phone, property details (type, unit count, city) and your message.
- Automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and cookies (see below).
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a management proposal, provide our services, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
- Essential — remember your cookie choice and keep the site working. Always on.
- Analytics (optional) — only set if you accept via our cookie banner; help us understand site usage. You can decline.
Third parties
We use Google Fonts (font delivery), and embed AppFolio for rental listings and the owner/tenant portal (subject to AppFolio's own privacy terms). Rental listings may be syndicated to third-party listing sites through AppFolio.
Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you can exercise your choices via the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control or by emailing us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
